My Obsession with Chick-fil-A

by foodhoe on January 10, 2007

I generally do not eat a lot of fast food, but when I do, I am very loyal to just a few choice spots.

I wish we had a Chick-fil-A here in the Bay Area… but then I am also trying to limit the amount of fried foods I eat, so it’s better that way. Otherwise, I think I would be there every morning for breakfast.

The mini sandwiches and hash brown potato bites are only served in the morning. The squishy rolls are soft yet chewy and perfectly hug the savory fried chick-fil-a nuggets which are bursting with flavor. Put some of the hot sauce on these and transport your taste buds to fast food heaven

The potatoes are reminiscent of tatertots, but since they are cooked in a commercial fryer, they have a magnificent crust that you just can’t get in the toaster oven at home…

OK, so what do you do when the breakfast menu is no longer available? Oh the choices…

Our server was heavy into the gospel of Chick-fil-A and was wearing a very festive tie…

I ordered a classic sandwich with the cross cut fries. The chicken is resplendent with curly green lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and tangy pickle slices, just begging for a good dose of mayonnaise and hot sauce…

… and the best thing about Chick-fil-A is that they have those very choices of condiments: ketchup, mayo, Tabasco, another different hot sauce…. a completely righteous combination

They DO have a Chick-fil-A in the Bay Area! Well, sorta, it is in Fairfield. I found your site by searching for pictures of Tu Lan to send to my boss. You have a great site!
