Cochon Heritage Fire on Saturday 8/25

Saturday, 8/25  3:30 to 6:30 p.m.

On Saturday, August 25th, the fourth annual Cochon Heritage Fire will celebrate heritage breed animals and produce with 14 chefs preparing a range of fire-roasted meats including goat, lamb, pig, rabbit and wild birds.  The event spotlights wood-fired whole animal theatre cooking, butchering, artisan foods, craft beers, spirits and wineries.  They plan on cooking over 700 pounds of meat!

Restaurant Cuvee in Napa is hosting the event on a grassy field overlooking the Napa River just behind the River Terrace Inn. It’s an all-you-can-eat-and-drink extravaganza featuring some of the best grillmasters from around the country. Tickets ($150) can be purchased all the way up to and during the event, which runs from 3:30-6:30pm. Discounted tickets are available ONLY through Cuvee, you can call them at 707-224-2330 or email them mcraft@cuveenapa.com.
