I am lucky to be the personal valet to these two handsome cats. The tortoise with longish hair is the femme fatale Shiso, which is the Japanese word for the perilla or beefsteak plant. It is similar to mint and is often used as a garnish for sushi. Which leads me to introduce Ika, which is squid in Japanese, who is the large (18#) man cat tabby. The combination of Ika with Shiso on a rice nigiri is beyond compare.
